I am a major specialist of English language. From 1958 till 2004 I worked in higher education institutions of the Republic of Tojikiston and Kazakhstan as an associate professor for 50 years. I am a candidate of philological sciences. In 1962-63 I worked as an interpreter in the USSR Embassy in Egypt. I have very many publications (books and articles). One of my books in English Tojik-Indian Yoga secrets, India, 2013 is walking around the Internet, becoming the property of all those who want to read and know the secrets of life, to enjoy life truly.
Currently I am retired, but being the president of ‘Yoga Association of Tojikiston, since 1986 I have been doing yoga therapy with needy citizens 3 times a day, 6 times a week with needy citizens 6 times a week, except Sundays, in the mornings at 05.00-05.45, 06.00-06.45 and 08.00-08.45 hrs. until 5 people in each group. This activity makes me and all those who come to me absolutely healthy person in a short period of time, because I went to India 10 times and having travelled around this fabulous country from the southern city of Bangalore to the northern city of Rishikesh and Himalayan monasteries, having looked around all the centers, institutes and Academies of Yoga there, exchanging my Yoga experience with all the yogis.
With Yogis there, exchanging my experiences, made 50 lectures and demonstrations and thus I learnt all the secrets of Yoga from them. As a result of their interest in me, at their request I gave them (their students and international groups in the Yoga Academy of Rishikesh) my Yoga classes for 15 and up to 30+ days. As a result, expressed these places of leadership their goodwill with gifts, testimonials and certificates, and diplomas of the highest category of Yoga mastery by me. I still enjoy looking at their records in English in black and white. Their seals and signatures are properly at the bottom of each of them (their documents, independently offered to me. It never even occurred to me to ask them to do so. They offered them to me, expressing their joys and opinions for my mastery of such subtleties of Yoga 5,000 years ago and now spread all over the world). And I thought, ‘Am I so highly educated in Yoga?’. I see the significance of all this in the results of my work among the citizens practicing with me (coming to me for treatment and quickly becoming healthy). I have also been so highly appreciated by a dignitary of India, in the person of the Governor of India. The Governor of the biggest state of India, Matya Pradesh, I mean at the level of the Government of India I was officially invited to the Raj Bhavan Palace by the Prince of India, i. e. Governor Mahmood Ali Khan to obey and watch my 2.5 hours of Yoga. The satisfaction and joy of the Governor was expressed by His expensive gifts, characterization and a personal banquet for me at His palace, which the press of India for several days printed in English and Indian papers very nice articles.
When visiting the great Avatar of India Swami Sai Baba for the fourth time He gave me a Gold Ring with three diamonds, catching it in the air before the eyes of all Yoga lovers. This ring became magical for me, for it is cosmic. He honored me with it in front of 40 thousand spectators, and everyone was surprised, especially the Indians who said that they come for months and years and leave empty-handed… By practicing Yoga seriously with myself early in the morning until now I do not miss a single day of my Yoga classes, which proves with this opinion, the sayings of the great thinker of Rome Hillel, who said, ‘If I am not for myself, who is for me?’
The German thinker Goethe said:
‘The livings are struggling, and the livings are only those whose hearts are devoted to a lofty dream.’
Adhering to all these sayings of great thinkers therefore from that I never get sick or feel my old age. I am as efficient as a young man an athlete at the age of 91. After putting himself on his feet and becoming absolutely healthy this same Roman philosopher Hillel said:
‘Ah, if I am only for myself, what am I for then?’
And that’s why I created the Yoga Association of Tojikiston ‘IRODA’ and raised the whole Tojikiston, then the whole world on its feet, as my books and photos (hundreds+, even up to a thousand) and articles-characteristics of praise about me are available on the Internet, my students and diploma holders are many all over the world.
MY GREATEST GREATNESS LIES IN WHAT?
And in the fact that back in 1986 I prophesied the collapse of the USSR, having sent an Open Letter to the editorial board of the newspaper ‘IZVESTIA’ to name the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the CPSU Mikhail Sergeyevich Gorbachev, that he would destroy the USSR with his ‘PERESTROIKA’. The letter was sent on 10 September 1986 and received a reply on 3 October 1986 under the number № 104-205915, where it was said in black and white: ‘Tov. SOBIROV! The Editorial Board does not forward letters to the CPSU Central Committee. You can apply there yourself.

And here the editorial office turned out to be a coward and did not take the responsibility to fulfil its duty to make my letter into the public domain. You see, a year earlier I had applied there, travelling specially and up to now there had been practically no satisfactory solutions, so I decided to let the whole Union (and the whole world too) know in order to take the essential preventive measures which I suggested in my letter. And the editorial staff turned out to be cowards, and pretending to be whether I asked them to send my letter somewhere… I said directly there: ‘OPEN WRITING’ and a blind man can understand what it is about, i.e. to print it and that’s it.
My most interesting and significant discovery now is that no matter how much the new Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Andrei Removich Belousov does not put places in jail. Belousov does not put corrupt generals in prison, the general decline of society will not be corrected. All the same, the present-day society is going by leaps and bounds to the underworld, from which there is no way back.
ONLY NOW WE MUST TAKE DECISIVE MEASURES.
MEASURES, NOT AS BELOUSOV DOES, BUT AS… I KNOW AND CAN PREVENT ALL HUMAN CATASTROPHE ON EARTH!!!!
I see Belousov has my character and courage and honesty. We even have the same face. He has all good things, but not my experience and knowledge of the subtleties of life according to Yoga philosophy. For honesty I was once imprisoned for 3 years and Moscow released me after a year and acquitted me. This was during the time of the UNION…THE SOVIET UNION WAS GOOD EXCEPT FOR SOME SIGNIFICANT FLAWS THAT I KNOW OF. MY CURRENT PROPHECY WOULD HAVE BEEN APPROPRIATE FOR THAT TIME, BUT ALAS…!
My 1986 prophecy is still valid! You only need to talk about it with the rulers who are responsible for the destinies of all the people and the well-being of the country from troubles.
