Origin – Yoga is one of the six systems of Indian philosophy. It is divided into a number of streams, – such as:
KRYA-Yoga is the education of morality, conscience and ethics, internal and external purification, ie.
hygiene of the body according to the system of Niyama /Shaucha/.
Hatha-Loga is physical and breathing exercises /Asana and Pranayama/.
Raja-Yoga is meditation, contemplation, focusing on something in front of you or in your mind.
Karma-Yoga is the perfection of oneself by labor and active action wherever one is
wherever one is.
Jani-Yoga is the acquisition of knowledge of God, of Truth /Cosmic Truth/ for the sake of becoming a real spiritual man.
Bhakti Yoga is Love and devotion to the Lord God, Great Love for God and people, for oneself.
Laya-Yoga is rhythms and their vibrations for the sake of a good and beautiful life and harmony with the
Cosmos.”
Mantra-Yoga is the sound selection by chanting certain words composed as a
mantras, i.e. ^logical chanting.
Among these various systems, Hatha Yoga is one of the most recognized, best and
most popular branches of Yoga. It is considered a necessary system and condition for leading a healthy life by human beings both in India and all over the world, especially in the West, in Europe. Yoga has become popular in our Republic of Tajikistan as well. In September 1986, a Yoga cooperative was established at Polyclinic No. 8 under the leadership of the head doctor Esan Tajibaev. In 1990 (March 24) the Yoga Association of Tajikistan “IRODA” was established
