Group classes

Group Yoga classes are a great opportunity to immerse yourself in the practice surrounded by like-minded people, where there is an atmosphere of mutual support and motivation. Together with a group you can not only learn new asanas and breathing techniques, but also feel the power of collective energy, which helps you to move forward and achieve your goals.

Our experienced instructors offer classes suitable for all levels of fitness – from beginners to those who have been practicing Yoga for a long time. Group training allows you to perfect your body, improve flexibility and awareness, as well as develop concentration and inner harmony.

Schedule of group classes

  • Morning classes: from 07:00 to 08:00
  • Evening classes: from 19:00 to 20:00

Class Days:

  • Group 1: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
  • Group 2: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday.

 

Each participant chooses one of the groups.
